Definitions

• “Buyer” means the company or individual purchasing the Goods from the Seller.
• “Goods” means the products or services provided by the Seller to the Buyer as described in the Sales Agreement.
• “Sales Agreement” means the order placed on this website.
• “Seller” means the company or individual selling the Goods to the Buyer.

Terms

• These Terms and Conditions apply to the sales of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk in Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
• Seller is not required to delivery to a use a standard commercial loading dock. 
• Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
